Absolute nightmare Stacey Ellis & Chris Whiten should be ashamed with Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Lied, taken advantage, ripped me off, didn’t fix problems, broke down 1 hour a Stacey Ellis & Chris Whiten should be ashamed with Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Lied, taken advantage, ripped me off, didn’t fix problems, broke down 1 hour after I paid bill, kept vehicle for six days for 1 hour/half of labor when parts were in stock. Talked down to me on the phone 3 times. Absolute nightmare! Poor management, deceitful business practices. I will go out of my way to encourage others never to do business with Jim Ellis automotive group. Sales & service. More

Below my expectations of Jim Ellis Firstly, for a oil change and car wash, I wouldn’t think it’d take well over two hours to complete. I even had to call to check up on my car. Price of Firstly, for a oil change and car wash, I wouldn’t think it’d take well over two hours to complete. I even had to call to check up on my car. Price of the oil change was more than I was told beforehand. Also, the car wash chipped off a good bit of my decal. Lastly, the maintenance checkup didn’t even know/recognize that I had a check engine light that was on. Overall, just wasn’t all that great of service. More

Terrible - can’t manage timely service I had a 9 am appointment for a simple diagnostic on check engine light. Received a call at 1 that they were behind and promised car would be in by 4 I had a 9 am appointment for a simple diagnostic on check engine light. Received a call at 1 that they were behind and promised car would be in by 4 and would be updated then. Next call was at 6:30 that car wouldn’t make it in to shop at all that day and could not commit to a time it would be serviced the next day. Second time a simple appointment couldn’t be completed in a timely manner. No longer giving my business to Jim Ellis Chevy service department. More
