The service team was very helpful and professional, and the mechanics did a solid and clean job of the work that I requested. My only concerns were that the pricing at this dealer seemed above market (if non-warranty), and that anything other than an oil change appeared to necessitate clients leaving a car overnight, no matter what time of day the vehicle was appointed to check-in. The latter suggested to me that this dealer doesn't maintain enough qualified mechanics for the degree of work it collects. I am fine waiting the day that I bring a car in, but prefer not to leave my cars overnight anywhere unless a major repair is involved. So that would be a sticking point for me when considering future diagnostic or part installation services. More

Always excellent I only came in for a oil change, but no matter what service I need it is always done quickly and efficient. So far I haven't had any problems. Dependable I enjoy dealing with Vladimir. My car is always well serviced. Just be prepared to spend over an hour for a simple oil change and check. My appointmen I enjoy dealing with Vladimir. My car is always well serviced. Just be prepared to spend over an hour for a simple oil change and check. My appointment was at 8:30 - I got there 10 minutes early, did not leave until after 10. Another woman was waiting for her car with an oil change. Her appointment had been at 7:30 and she waited 1 1/2 hours, even before they offered a complimentary car wash. they said mine would have added another hour, so I declined. More
