2 hour oil change I'm not sure why an oil change takes so long. I had an appointment and it still took almost 2 hours. Jim Ellis provides service AND the extra-mile. I was concerned about brakes, oil change and detailing; but I actually received a great consultation from Vladimir regarding the 60k mile service for I was concerned about brakes, oil change and detailing; but I actually received a great consultation from Vladimir regarding the 60k mile service for cost savings and proper maintenance. The major systems were transmission, fuel, cooling, along w/oil change, and engine/cabin/air filter changes. My tires were balanced, wipers replaced, and all other components were inspected. My car runs 100% better and is like new again. Safety and peace of mind were delivered. The excellent detail & upholstery cleaning job on my 8-year old Camaro has it looking brand new again (a co-worker even asked if I traded for a new upgrade).
