Vlad. If it weren't for Vlad and his absolute dedication to customer service. I would go someplace else. Noone else will look my way when I walk the door. Ex: yesterday, I came in and waited 5-10 minutes and NOONE said a word to me. The people not on calls, nor the people the ended their phone calls. Vlad was outside with another customer! But as soon as he came in the door he acknowledged me and took care of my 2017 that I bought from this dealership. I really don't feel welcomed, nor appreciated by your service team. This is why I feel that business isn't appreciated. If it's not, I can go somewhere else. More

I’m completely satisfied with the work that was completed for my Buick LaSabre. Beyond normal maintenance completed, I also chose to have the car washed and waxed. Wow. 2 hour oil change I'm not sure why an oil change takes so long. I had an appointment and it still took almost 2 hours. Even though I get my oil change "free" through th I'm not sure why an oil change takes so long. I had an appointment and it still took almost 2 hours. Even though I get my oil change "free" through the warranty type thing I pay for, it'd be worth it to just pay to go to 20 minute jiffy lube. Luis and Vlad are great, just very disappointed with how long it takes. More
