Vladimir Kochubey was quick to calm me down and assure me that whatever was going on, it would repaired. It turned out to be an evaporation leak at the fuel filler neck. Sounded complicated to me, but Vladimir explained it to me. Unfortunately, I needed a rental car because the part was not there nor were any loaner cars available. Just to be picky, I dropped it off mid afternoon on a Wednesday for a Thursday 8:20am repair appointment and I did not receive a status until Friday around 1pm. That amount of time without my wheels was not a big deal but it would've been nice to have rec'd a status call or text by late Thursday just to make it'd easier on my planning. Still, everyone was nice, professional, and it was especially nice that my repair was under warranty! More
