Excellent dealership for Internet purchase of Certified Used I live in Illinois, 30 miles east of St. Louis, 470 miles from Wichita. Cars.com listed a one year old previously owned vehicle. My first call on a Tuesday was answered by salesman Vy Vguyen, I sent pictures of my trade and within an hour, with the assistance of the sales manager, Allan Rupp, I had all the information I needed in order to decide that this was the car for our family. The car was prepped on Wednesday and by 1:00pm on Thursday, I was headed back to Illinois. The process was smooth and painless. And they accepted my personal check for the difference including sales tax and fees. This is the 12th vehicle that I have purchased on-line and by comparison, the best experience of all. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. And, no, they did not pay me to say this. But they have my address if they want to send cash... More

Dream Car at last! I have waited for over 15 years to purchase an RX350! I knew exactly what I wanted, which made the whole process run much smoother. I did the majority of the sales work over the phone and by the time I got to the dealership, most of the paperwork was already done. Vy was not the original person I talked with, however, he did a great job with all the final details. Everything was explained clearly and he was able to answer any questions I had. We still had to wait longer than I would have liked for all the paperwork, but I would still recommend this dealership. More

Car Buying Naivete I had surmised that since this dealership did not pay their salespeople commission, that they were on salary. Either commission or salary would give I had surmised that since this dealership did not pay their salespeople commission, that they were on salary. Either commission or salary would give us great service. Right? Not so fast. Actually, I believe they work on a quota system, be it price or quantity driven. That disappointed me. When we first visited the dealership, the service was exceptional. We already knew the car we wanted, and our salesman was great! We wanted to get the car reviewed by our mechanic, drive it ourselves, etc. The second and third visits were handled by other than our salesman, who was trying to sell other buyers a car. Having a real estate background, writing the contract would certainly interest the salesperson. Not in the car business if they are with a new client. Again, that was handled by someone else. The two provisions I had asked my salesman to include in the contract, were not. This may be standard car sales service, but was not what I was expecting. We always advised him of when we would be coming, yet found that one in the hand was not worth more than two in the bush. More
