Our sales rep Wael Elshamy was super patient and very helpful in exploring available options not just in the Cary location but across the broader Carolinas region. Wael found us the perfect match and we are very happy with that! We also had a good experience at their 'back-office' working with finance manager Hugh Bodenstine who helped us walk through the various add-ons available. The conversation was cordial and friendly, and at no time did we feel pressured to buy something. We ended up getting the Audicare (a no-brainer to save $$ on scheduled maintenance) and a Tire & Wheel protection package. Good experience all-around! More
