Bought an f150 through one of new sales reps at the dealership. Everything went well until I found out the credit app was sent outside of the two lenders I had specified. They neglected to mention the dealership. Everything went well until I found out the credit app was sent outside of the two lenders I had specified. They neglected to mention the fact until after signatures were applied in the finance office. Please do yourself a favor and watch where your credit application goes or better yet, bring in a check from your lender. Since purchasing, I have tried a few times to get ahold of a manager to talk about what happened and have not been able to get through. Salesman Wally was personable though, the kind of guy you would have over for dinner. I would work with him again. More

He emphasized how we could come to him for any questions and that he was happy to help. I did make several phone calls negotiating and working out the deal, but spent about 1 hr completing the purchase.
