Ended up buying a 2019 Certified Previously Owned (CPO) Sportage. The ability to get a decent deal for product we wanted and the honest, open and balanced approach to car purchase by our salesman Wally resulted in our return to Russ Darrow Kia after visiting another dealership. Rob, the business manager was friendly, informative and efficient in filing the paperwork-done in less than an hour. They worked with us in doing financing the way WE WANTED, but also offered other alternatives- "whatever was most comfortable for us". Brandon, the GM was supportive of his staff, with all team players checking with us to make sure all questions/concerns were addressed. I hate buying cars, but my spouse and agree this was a great experience. More

Friendly, open and straight forward When buying a car from any group do your research, pick out a few cars, new or used, check them out and know what the market expectation is (price, wa When buying a car from any group do your research, pick out a few cars, new or used, check them out and know what the market expectation is (price, warranty, etc) I called in and found the vehicle I was interested in and they matched the price and had it delivered from another dealership in the Darrow group the same day, on top of it being a weekend, we were able to drive the car home that same evening within hours of first calling. I would personally say that the experience and customer service are just a few reasons we have had return visits, and even transferred vehicles for purchase to this group. Wally is an experienced associate, and pays great attention to detail. Brandon is one of the nicest managers I have worked with. It is always a pleasure working with this team. I also want to give a shout out to Jacob, who works in the service Department. He is possibly one of the best adviser's I have worked with in the KIA family. More

Easy to work with and almost no pressure ;) I visited several dealerships and found the sales team at Russ Darrow Kia, including Wally, Mike and Kenney to be the easiest to work with. While they did try to get me to make decisions in the moment, like most dealerships do, they respected me enough to politely let me walk away and take the time to think. Now, obviously I really like the car that I got, but I also came back because of the way they treated me. They were down to earth and reasonable in every phase of my leasing process. We were very impressed with how much Wally listened to what we needed and was more than considerate (Along with Brandon) about our budget and what we were searching for in a new car.
