Awesome customer service!!!! Wally is such a wonderful person to work with as well as Michael. Wally took us on a test drive and was wonderful with explaining the featyres of th Wally is such a wonderful person to work with as well as Michael. Wally took us on a test drive and was wonderful with explaining the featyres of the car, what was happening with our current end of lease for our Minivan. He went above and beyond to help us get into a new vehicle and a great price on our lease. The whole sales team are a joy to work with. Thom was informative and took the time to explain the various electronic gagedtry that we were not use to. Greg the new car manager took the time to introduce himself. He took an interest in our search for a new Kia Soul. The General Manager also spoke with us and reinforced the methods that would be used by the Darrow dealership. This WAS a pleasant experience. No fads or fancy "up" sale methods. As very senior citizens we were made comfortable in what could have been a nerve racking merry-go-round!
