Bought probably the most expensive vehicle on their lot. The purchase process is not quick and even more aggravating. Now they don’t print any paperwork. The finance guy complained he wasn’t making any money on this deal. I paid the asking price with no negotiation. They aren’t happy unless they squeeze thousands more out of you for additional warranties that their own people hate. They hand you a thumb drive. Who uses those? To this day I still don’t have any loan paperwork. It wasn’t on the thumb drive. I should have walked away then. Once we took delivery I made the mistake of putting the key fobs in the car. Both batteries were dead in the key fobs. The car locked itself. The dealership had a broken kit to get into the car. I called my own road service to get inside the car. Not even an offer to replace the batteries. I definitely won’t be back to this dealership. More
