Great experience buying 2 new cars I purchased my last 2007 Lexus from Tom Ryan. I just traded in a 2012 Infinity that I bought from a different dealer. Working with Tom Ryan and Walt I purchased my last 2007 Lexus from Tom Ryan. I just traded in a 2012 Infinity that I bought from a different dealer. Working with Tom Ryan and Walter again reminded what it was like to enjoy buying a car. They were fair, cheaper than my local MA dealers, and had great inventory. Great service by the entire team. One of a Kind Experience I came into Hoffman Lexus looking for a vehicle I found online and was told it was in the showroom. When I got there I was told that it was actually s I came into Hoffman Lexus looking for a vehicle I found online and was told it was in the showroom. When I got there I was told that it was actually sold so I was frustrated that I wasted my time to travel all the way to East Hartford. However, everyone in the showroom was friendly and courteous and willing to work with me to find something else. I met with a sales manager named Walter who was kind enough to offer me better pricing on the car I find. He passed me on to a salesman, Woody, who was also very helpful. No one was pushy and just looking to make a sale. I left that day without a vehicle but made my back because of the great service I received while I was there. All of the people I encountered there were very professional and helpful, whether I was actually making a purchase or not, and that is even more comforting. Buying a car is big decision and I didn't want to be stuck with something I did not like in a few days or could not afford. I thank everyone at Hoffman Lexus for their hospitality. More

I could not have expected or wanted better service. A truly great experience. More

My Hoffman Experience I know very little about cars and find shopping for a car very stressful. In fact my last car I have enjoyed for 7 years and found the previous shoppi I know very little about cars and find shopping for a car very stressful. In fact my last car I have enjoyed for 7 years and found the previous shopping experience terrible. I really enjoyed my Hoffman experience. This is a very nice dealership! When you can walk in you can enjoy the shopping experience and more important the maintenance experience. I am looking forward to future service visits at this dealership . I initially was overwhelmed by the selection but I let Walter know my list of must haves and he suggested the perfect car that met by budget. Walter was a great sales manager and helped me find my dream car. I am very pleased with my car and hope to be driving this over the next 10 years. More
