Exceptional Beyond Belief ! My first experience with Hoffman was my phone call to Walter Pethick. I was a bit hesitant at first at the thought of purchasing a car in Connecticut My first experience with Hoffman was my phone call to Walter Pethick. I was a bit hesitant at first at the thought of purchasing a car in Connecticut when I live in New York and having had terrible experiences in the past near me but Walter came highly recommended. Well, this had to be one of the greatest decisions I've ever made. Walter was patient with me on the phone, listened to my needs based on my occupation, finances and the fact that I was hoping to purchase something far more reliable than my BMW. Needless to say, I walked into Hoffman that weekend and was greeted with the most courteous people I've ever met in any dealership. Side by side with Walter was Karan Singh. Within minutes, Walter said he had the perfect vehicle for me based on our conversation and sure enough he did. Karan lead the way and after my test drive, I was sold. I never felt pressured, as a matter of fact, I was offered the opportunity to test drive other vehicles, I looked at other models but I was beyond satisfied with the choice Walter had already suggested, my Lexus was perfect for me. In the interim, Walter and Karan knew I had to work while they took care of whatever was necessary. I was offered beverages, lunch and the use of their computer room in order for me to continue my work during waiting time. Karan did everything from handling all paper work necessary regarding title and insurance , getting my Lexus detailed and filled with gas. Karan too went above and beyond ! Shortly after I was introduced to Alejandro Ramos in financing. What can I say ? With Alejandro's assistance I was given options, was able to lower my interest rate and therefor save more money than I expected, was patient and worked overtime just for me yet never feeling pressured at all, another true professional ! For those of you in Connecticut, you;re so fortunate to have a dealership such as Hoffman in your area, for those outside the state, the experience is worth the extra mile. More

After expressing what my needs were to Mr Singh and also stressing to him that I was not here to play pricing games or spending my entire day at the dealership, which has been known to happen when ever I go to a dealerships to purchase a car. Mr. Singh assured me that that would not be the case at Hoffman Lexus and though I was doubtful of his reassurance, I was pleasantly surprised about my time spent at Hoffman. The sakes manager Walter Pethick was up front and honest about how they price a vehicle, and I am 100% confident that I got a phenomenal deal. This wasn't my first time at the rodeo, so to speak, and knowing what to look for as far as honesty and integrity goes, I was completely happy and satisfied.
