Price was fair.Would give you highest rank except that we are having difficulty receiving a manual for the car, the service warranty, and other special features Hoffman orally offered (bi-monthly owners meeting, loaner cars, waiting room lunches, breakfasts), We have nothing in writing on these. Salesman was new and not completely familiar with car and procedures. We had to get new regitration certificate of title for trade in at DMV (2 hour wait)at our cost ($25.88) because wrong person signed original. What is certified pre owned? More

A very nice experience dealing with everyone. I walked into Hoffman Lexus convinced I wouldn't be able to afford a Lexus SUV and I told Sebastian to just tell me if he thought I was out of my leag I walked into Hoffman Lexus convinced I wouldn't be able to afford a Lexus SUV and I told Sebastian to just tell me if he thought I was out of my league hoping I could stay under $40,000, but still get a new vehicle. He said I wasn't out of my league and had Mark Pfahler take care of me. I actually purchased a brand new 2015 Lexus NX almost fully loaded for under $40,000 and I believe I received a fair trade in amount on my 2012 Subaru. The only question I ask myself is if I should have purchased the Simoniz. Everything I read says it's a scam and a waste of money and the dealers make a huge profit on it. I would be very sad to learn this is true, but I do believe I paid way too much for it. Mark was very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend Hoffman Lexus to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new vehicle. It would be nice if you could move out of East Hartford and closer to Middletown. :) More

Initially intended to buy a Suv we saw online but was sold before we got there, but they have such a wonderful selection that my wife found another vehicle that she fell in love with. It was nice to look around the lot and feel no pressure in buying anything! Mike was our salesman and did an awesome job from beginning to end in getting the paperwork processed. We even got to experience the luxurious waiting lounge and enjoyed the drinks. Wonderful car purchasing experience. You guys run an A+ operation. Thanks. More
