Members of your employees worked as a team. I want to thank Walter for his time and I had a premonition that he had a Subaru Crosstrex which I bought immediately. Releasing another Lexus ES350 I started the day at 8:00a.m. for service on my ES350. That experience alone is so comfortable that I never ask for another Auto . I rather wait and r I started the day at 8:00a.m. for service on my ES350. That experience alone is so comfortable that I never ask for another Auto . I rather wait and relax. Well a asked to see Walter because I usually stop to say hello when I go for service. Well before I left that day, I had a new release on a new ES350. Walter and Karan were so helpful explaining the new 3 month forward offer. I actually left that day with a new LEXUS 2016 at $25 less per month. This is the 5th Lexus I obtained from Hoffman LEXUS. I can truly say that Walter, Karan and Ramos are very trustful people. I must put Walter at the top of my list at Hoffman. I left that day without even thinking about a release.
