I viewed and test drove a car, then bought said car. The individuals at the dealership detailed the car and gassed it up during the paperwork portion of the deal. I was given ONE key (even though I was told I would be getting two) because they realized they didn't have the second but it wasn't a big deal because I could just go get another for probably around $100 bucks. At that point I was irritated and wanted to leave for my 2 hour drive back home. After getting to my destination I found a used bottle of vehicle paint cover up IN THE CAR. I proceeded to look around the vehicle and to my surprise there was a HUGE and DEEP scratch on the passenger side panel going all the way back to the passengers rear panel. I called the dealership to maybe comprehend what may have happened and was told that it was due to the previous owner. That was weird because it was not on the Carfax, I find it hard to believe they would not make a note of that AND why wouldn't the dealership representative tell the individual looking at the vehicle that it's there, IF they may not have seen it.... Sounds like bull. Bad business. More
