My car buying experience...it's long but worth the read 9/9/19 Interactions: I called and spoke with Tish who helped me identify a car I was interested in buying. I arranged to come test drive it that evening after work. Long story short, I got there and they couldn't find the car that the phone agent Tish showed me. After meeting a sales person and doing a test drive of another vehicle, I said I wanted to come back Wednesday 9/11, but the sales floor manager Eddy basically showed me the door and said come back Fri or Sat. They "might have specials or happy hour". A bit more detail... I was not given a quote (or even ball park estimate) for my trade. I was asked what I wanted for it but not presented an offer. Detailed lease vs finance options were NOT really discussed. When I asked about a 2018 vs 2019 lease options the sales floor manager Eddy said "No" (apparently that's subjective, to what I don't know) During the hunt to find simply any car with a working battery, I finally got a test drive but was not shown vehicle options and/or features. I have had good service from this dealer in the past but this time it just didn't seem to click. The only redeeming factor was the sales associate Antonio F., he was very nice and easy to talk to. I guess they didn't want my business that night :-( 9/11/19 Interactions I was not satisfied with my first interactions & service but I was willing to give them one more shot. Tish was able to calm my worries and worked with me on a new deal to come back on the day I wanted with the car I was interested in. I ended up going to the dealer and met with Alfredo & Walter and finance closer Bobby B. They were efficient, helpful and made up for my first experience there on 9/9/19. I ended up getting the car I wanted with even better lease than published. Needless to say, I was satisfied I the end after a bumpy start. More

Great car buying experience. I went to this dealership a few days after visiting a couple others, looking for a pick up truck. At couple other Ram dealerships, the salesmen eithe I went to this dealership a few days after visiting a couple others, looking for a pick up truck. At couple other Ram dealerships, the salesmen either weren't interested or only offered to show me trucks on a computer screen. I showed up at San Leandro CDJR, and this young guy Mustafa Majeed immediately greets me, and asks if he can assist me. I tell him I'm looking for a specific truck, I show him the vin number of the one I've previously inquired about over the phone, he gets the key and takes me to see the truck, encourages me to test drive it; I drive the truck for a few blocks, go back to the dealership. I like the truck, we haggle for about an hour, and come to an agreement. I absolutely would recommend this dealership and definately ask to look for Mustafa. More

Overal experience was good, except few things I wasn't happy I came with my daughter to show her what I picked for her; I didn't appreciate when Val Salgado tried to increase finance payment using my daughter b I came with my daughter to show her what I picked for her; I didn't appreciate when Val Salgado tried to increase finance payment using my daughter by saying "don't you want to make her happy" just by paying extra $20-$25 more. Both of us left the dealer, but since I had a pleasant welcoming with Eddy Awad, I called Raul Paz and said I wished I had Eddy Awad helping me rather than Val. He called me later and decided to go back and finally I bought the car. The other things I wasn't happy which I found out later after signing the contract and when I brought the car home. 1- They only gave me 1 key (no one mentioned before the 2nd key was missing). I had to order another one and have it programmed. 2- The engine's under cover is missing (also had to order from local dealer). 3- The passenger handle bar cover is missing (need to order from local dealer). More

Management sucks.. I purchased my new vehicle 07/26/2019. I was told by my sales person and your general manager that they would order touch-up paint for me that day and I purchased my new vehicle 07/26/2019. You can not get a hold of parts people, sales people ever. They put you on HOLD...........I have left message for my sales person to call.....No call yet.......... More
