I came in yesterday to get my lease buyout taken care of at this particular Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler dealership which happens to be my favorite in the Bay. At no point in the process did I feel like they were not truly helping me, they went above and beyond to get myself and my wife taken care of. Rick Martinez is a class act, very personable and is a straight shooter. The kind of person I want to do business with. I have been to other Chrysler/Mopar dealerships and the customer service is nowhere near that of the quality of San Leandro’s location. Thank you Rick Martinez, thanks again Walter Petris.
