Buyers Beware! ….impossible to work with! I myself have bought 12 new vehicles, and have never been more disappointed with a dealership, I’d buy a car from a junkya ….impossible to work with! I myself have bought 12 new vehicles, and have never been more disappointed with a dealership, I’d buy a car from a junkyard before considering calling Avantura Chrysler Jeep. Walter the Salesman; treats you like you’re a nobody, and thinks he’s the owner! I have text messages I’ll be posting on yelp, and with DPBR, & BBB!….they lost out on a 55k deal over $1000 charge. They are Charging customers a delivery fee’ of 1k for used vehicles. Used vehicles are traded in there, and brought to them when we trade vehicle for a newer one, so how can they expect to charge delivery fee on that used vehicle?!?….they were 3500-4k lower on their trade offer than a few other dealers, ok that’s up to them to quote, but when you go on their website,for trade appraisal it says they’ll give you 1k more than their quote as a bonus, BULLS***!….another joke!…. Consumer’s; take business elsewhere or they’ll try and try to railroad you! WHAT A SHAME! Oh, and to top it, we Told them Countless times, we had an approval from our Credit Union, but they, “ Walter Ramon” insisted he run credit to beat our pre approved Rate, but DIDNT! ….totally Shot-gunnerd our Credit. We Still we’re willing to purchase the Durango, and were in final Buying Stage’s; till we had enough bullying from them and their terrible Customer Service! Ask to Speak to Finance Manager, and Miguel, answers and impersonates the Manager! I can go on, but have few more complaints to make about them. Cheers! More

I bought a brand new car from them that was malfunctioning and they took way too long (2weeks) just to look at it. In the mean time, every time I called they kept on giving me false informatio malfunctioning and they took way too long (2weeks) just to look at it. In the mean time, every time I called they kept on giving me false information about the car because “they thought they were working in my car” when they were actually working on a different one. Then, they sold me a used car and I haven’t been able to adjust the driver’s seat. They salesperson already knows and said I could take the car to the shop, but now I have to leave the car for 2 weeks (again) for them to have time to take a look at it. Really? Terrible customer service. The manager never comes to the phone. You’d have to get really mad to have them put him on the phone and you also have to get even madder to get them to solve whatever issue you have with a car they sold. More
