Reinaldo Duarte, Sales Associate, deserves the highest rating. He is truly a professional who communicates very well. He wasn’t just satisfied that we bought the 2020 Avalon, but he made sure that not onl rating. He is truly a professional who communicates very well. He wasn’t just satisfied that we bought the 2020 Avalon, but he made sure that not only I knew how to operate all the new features, but he also spent the time making sure my wife understood everything. He is willing to “go the extra mile”. I would encourage anyone visiting the dealership for the first time to specifically ask for Reinaldo. This will avoid several bad experiences we had dealing with other sales people at this location. More
