Reinaldo Duarte, Sales Associate, deserves the highest rating. He is truly a professional who communicates very well. He wasn’t just satisfied that we bought the 2020 Avalon, but he made sure that not onl rating. He is truly a professional who communicates very well. He wasn’t just satisfied that we bought the 2020 Avalon, but he made sure that not only I knew how to operate all the new features, but he also spent the time making sure my wife understood everything. He is willing to “go the extra mile”. I would encourage anyone visiting the dealership for the first time to specifically ask for Reinaldo.
