It started with a phone call to Shilong and he got me set up for an in-person appointment. Shilong was so helpful on the phone. He was able to give me an estimated trade in value for my current vehicle and let me know which vehicles they had in stock. After I got a feel for which vehicle I wanted, Shilong connected me with an incredible salesman, Matthew Winter. Matt was awesome. He didn't beat around the bush and presented me with a straightforward option. He knew a ton about the vehicles and made me feel like I was in good hands the whole time. Matt treated me like family throughout the entire sales process and I am going to continue to recommend him to any friends/family that are interested in a vehicle.
