Ted I’m Service and Randy Eckhert Ted was great! Helped me get my Avalon ready for the long winter. He was prompt about calling me with updates and making sure I understood exactly Ted was great! Randy Eckhert Is a master tech for Toyota at this store! He is an amazing technician and knows Toyota’s inside and out. I appreciate the prompt service and more so what he has done for me taking care of my mechanical needs over the years. This is a great store with a great group of people making a difference in our community. I recommend this service department to Anyone and Ask for Randy to be your technician! You’ll never be disappointed with the work or the customer service. More

Service Wait Times Aside from the outstanding service I receive from Fred Olsen, I think LHM should determine how to better manage routine service appointments. It seem Aside from the outstanding service I receive from Fred Olsen, I think LHM should determine how to better manage routine service appointments. It seems to me that if you schedule an appointment for routine maintenance at regular mileage intervals, LHM could figure out how to perform the service and have you back on the road inside of an hour. Each time I've taken our vehicles in for their 5, 10, 15K, etc. service appointment it takes between an hour an half and two hours to complete these relatively simple and routine maintenance activites. May I suggest these regular service appointments be handled in an expedited manner by an experienced dedicated team so that customers can expect to spend no more than 45 minutes to an hour waiting at the dealership. More

Just having him come over and talk to me and have him c I can recall a time when I was approached by Warren, and he recognized as a longtime customer. Just having him come over and talk to me and have him check in on me to see how things were going, showed me that I was not just another face in a crowd of customers. Warren has taken care of past concerns (as few of them that I have ever had) if ever I had a question / concern he was there if my normal service manager was unavailable. He is defiantly the guy that keeps a very complicated and demanding service department moving in the direction that best suits the customers service needs. An outstanding leader from every aspect that I as a customer can tell. More

I do not live locally, so he reimbursed me for missing battery clamps and I am so thankful for the integrity and customer service displayed through him at Liberty Toyota.
