They replaced the brakes on my truck and they did not last even a year. We returned two weeks after they were fixed them with chattering they responded that they were fine. Jeremy was great, but was not knowledgeable about the vehicle, and neither was I. I asked aobut specific features and were told the vehicle had them, when they did not. The truck was a manual with many vehicle, and neither was I. I asked aobut specific features and were told the vehicle had them, when they did not. The truck was a manual with many less options than an automatic, and I paid 3k more for a used 2021 vehicle than a new 2023 vehicle, and I don't give a hat the used market is like. If you are going to sell used vehicles for more than new, you best know the vehicle, and you should have people sign a piece of paper on all the features that is coming with it. Had I known of these options missing on the manual, I would have waited for a new vehicle. The dealership refused to do anything about it and basically told me tough luck (don't know which manager decided this, so they all get 1s.) Horrible experience that left me feeling like I was robbed. I will never shop there again, and I will let everyone I know shopping for a new vehicle to stay clear of Corwin Toyota. I have already contacted Toyota and left multiple reviews about this experience, as well as contacted their corporate office in Fargo, ND. A couple of days after this review, I got en email from dealerrated saying Corwin worked with me to resolve my issue. Just following up to indicate they have not, not in the least. More

I was given a huge runaround when trying to get work done under my extended warranty contract on my Toyota Tacoma. The whole process took months with countless phone calls and visits. Time-consuming, stressful and unnecessary delays and hassles both on the part of the Toyota Service department and their paint subcontractor Caliber Collison. The only person who was helpful and responsive was Cherie Gallagher in customer service. More

Unfortunately my truck was stolen from this Corwin Toyota while it was there for a few major warranty repairs. Took my truck in for warranty repairs in July Parts on hold Parts come in August, tech didn’t while it was there for a few major warranty repairs. Took my truck in for warranty repairs in July Parts on hold Parts come in August, tech didn’t seal it right, rework was in order, parts on hold again. Was informed in September that my truck was stolen from the dealership lot and my aftermarket tracker was removed. Not sure how my key fob was stolen to be able to take my truck when it was in their care because I’ve been informed that there are no security cameras at this location. Filed the stolen vehicle under my insurance Because I’m not an expert on getting my truck stolen, when it should’ve been under the dealership for being in Corwin’s “care”. No longer wanted to do business with Corwin but being out of a truck and in this time of trying to find one, I decided to purchase another truck from Corwin. Not looking for handouts but I didn’t feel like the General Manager was very helpful with pricing especially since he had a different opinion on the matter when my truck was stolen in their “care”. Proceed with caution if you drop your vehicle off for repairs because you might not get it back. Did not want to share my experience but with the constant emails from Corwin asking to share, I figured I’d be honest. More

Worst vehicle repair and diagnostic process I have ever been in, brought my truck in with problems accelerating typed in to their automated report problem system as " My truck has been losing power at 35 m been in, brought my truck in with problems accelerating typed in to their automated report problem system as " My truck has been losing power at 35 mph then it will reaccelerate but happens again at 45 mph need diagnostic of problem" etc. I got my truck to Corwin toyota after reseving spot online previous day. I met with Taylor who was polite and respectful (but definitely has alot on her plate). I told her what I had wrote and added that I had to put into 4 wheel drive to get it there because the anti swerve mechanism was kicking on. 2 mechanics looked and test drove my truck both said it had to be a transmission failure. Taylor called me and reported the info. I was skeptical asking if they knew the problem she told me that 2 head mechanics checked and felt the same after I said that I thought it was a fuel pump but I agreed that I'm not a mechanic and signed for the new transmission to be installed I need my truck. 2 months later after only a couple updates started from me reaching out to ask the status of my tuck because I didn't have a second vehicle to myself only a work truck available to me and sharing my wifes van for personal use, we finally had the transmission in. I was delighted and gave the go ahead for install after a few days I was given a call and informed that it was not a transmission problem and that they didn't know what it was so they would look into it. At this point I am very angry and frustrated but trying to continue to be polite and reasonable. Saying that I can't pay for a transmission I didn't need after a few more days of no contact I go in to find out what's going on I see my truck in the parking lot go in talk to Taylor who was informed it was being worked on as we were speaking she gets her manager who comes out very apogwyoc saying "sometimes these things happen" I tell him I understand and let him know I need my truck back a few days pass Taylor reaches out to me and Informs me my truck is ready to go and all costs would be covered because of the mistake that put my old transmission back in and did all the service request for free including brakes oil change and original problem a rotor that was causing a sensor to trigger trucks antiswerve mechanism. I was very grateful took the truck home joyous. The next day at the end of work my tuck wouldn't start feeling it could have been something Corwin mechanics didn't hook up right I called Taylor she sent a tow truck and they checked it out saying I needed a new started by this point I had lost all trust in Corwin Toyota and called.my own tow truck and took it to elite. Got a new starter and now have been feeling transmission slip. I have lost all confidence in this dealership. More

I have been in 3 different times in the past month for various things and normally do not have any issues; however, a recent visit resulted in a nice scratch on the side of the driver door that was not th various things and normally do not have any issues; however, a recent visit resulted in a nice scratch on the side of the driver door that was not there prior to dropping my Tundra off; truck was there for two days getting a warranty repair done. Gary is outstanding as always (our go to guy) and Warren (Service Manager) assured me the damage would be fixed at no cost, which is great! I only gave this a 4-star rating due to the inconvenience since I now have to return again but for body work. Outside of that, the staff is great and had no other issues in the 5 years I have now been a customer. Looking forward to the call back to get this issue resolved in the next month before I leave town. -Pat More

What progressed was a fruitful exchange of thoughts, ideas, suggestions, and great listening by Mr. Lombardi. He respected my ideas and opinions and made me a great offer. I enjoy buying new cars and have done so over 40 times. I appreciate having a "fun experience" when working with a GM. The inventory issue is causing us problems and situations beyond Justin's control. We continue to talk and hope to work through obstacles in the supply chain for the new car I want. May or may not happen. Justin has been great to work with. I thanked him via emails and now I thank him publicly. Warren Weimer was great in his emal to me, answering my questions fully and satisfied my concerns. Thank you to Warren for your great communication and response to my concerns I had asked Justin about. He of course referred you to me to help with my questions. More
