First let me say that I have purchased 5 vehicles from Lia over the years. I was looking for a new crv and decided to go back to them since the experience was so good the last time. The salesman Wayne, wa Lia over the years. I was looking for a new crv and decided to go back to them since the experience was so good the last time. The salesman Wayne, was ok. But the sale manager Brandon was not very easy to deal with. I knew what my trade was worth and he tried to give me a much lower price and then wouldn’t even deal on his offer. They wanted to lower the price offered since they didn’t have the car I was interested in their Albany lot and would have to have it shipped from Brewster and I would have to continue driving my vehicle until they could have it transferred. They even hinted that I would have to pay to have it shipped to Albany. I think you should really take a closer look at your sales manager. But, when you see 10 sales reps and I was the only customer that should say something about them. You have lost a loyal customer forever. I went to another Honda dealer, they had the exact vehicle I was looking for and gave me what I wanted for my trade. I will recommend everyone I know to visit Della Honda. Even the accessory list had different prices How can Lia charge 400.00 more for wheels than another dealer? I’m not happy with the whole experience and I have already started telling everyone I know about my horrible experience there. More
