My car was returned to me with greasy waffle footprints on the floorboard. Up until I saw that I had been pleased with the friendly customer service. The check engine light came on during an extended road trip, they had an appointment for me the next day, diagnosed and fixed the issue within two hours and it was covered by warranty. I came in for an oil change, had a 60k service done, and three days later the check engine light comes on an "Propulsion Power is Reduced" message is displayed. You lied to me you rep told me rat chewed up the connection so it had to be replace ,it took your mechanic 3 hours to replace. I looked at the connection it was only a 2 wire and the connection was connection so it had to be replace ,it took your mechanic 3 hours to replace. I looked at the connection it was only a 2 wire and the connection was fine it needed 1 wire reconnected and that would have been a whole lot cheaper so yes they lied to me. Liar More

First I want to say when I have an appointment I expect the service to start within 30 minutes not 2 hours and then when they tell me a connection has to be replaced and it takes 3 hours and it’s only a 2 the service to start within 30 minutes not 2 hours and then when they tell me a connection has to be replaced and it takes 3 hours and it’s only a 2 wire connection, well I call that screwing the customer.
