Tyrone Jackson was very responsive to our email inquires prior to setting foot at the dealership. He went above and beyond to assure us that the Ford I was looking for was the one on their lot and gave us a price online. Upon arriving at the dealership, Wayne Eagle was quick to greet us and offer assistance. (We'd been experiencing delayed salesperson presence at other dealers, so this was immediately encouraging.) Wayne answered all of our questions. Our trade-in was evaluated in an expedient manner and our keys promptly returned to us. Negotiations went well also, Wayne could negotiate without leaving our sight so we were never left wondering where our salesman had gone. (Something else we experienced at other dealerships.) Financing went very well also and upon completion, Jess Wehri presented us with a flash drive of all our documents-impressive. I hate care shopping, but I would definitely shop at Raytown Ford again. They listened to what we wanted, there was no hard pressure applied at any step in the process, and I'm a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Dick Smith Ford in Raytown, MO. More
