Thank you so much “Ryan Ortiz” and “Wayne Eagle” for making my new car purchase so easy and enjoyable!!! Having just relocated from Orlando Florida to Kansas City Missouri in October, I recently purc making my new car purchase so easy and enjoyable!!! Having just relocated from Orlando Florida to Kansas City Missouri in October, I recently purchased my 2019 Ford Edge Titanium AWD at Dick Smith Ford in Raytown just in time for the winter season. The experience was so stress free, super easy and absolutely enjoyable. Living in Florida for most of my life and being inexperienced in driving around in snow and ice, I was concerned about safety. I reached out to Ryan Ortiz, the new GM at Dick Smith Ford, to discuss my options. He was so easy to talk to, very patient and such an absolute pleasure to work with!! Within a few hours he had found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Ryan had arranged for me to meet up with my Sales Agent Wayne Eagle who immediately greeted me with a smile. He was a wealth of knowledge, so very helpful and a joy to work with as well. We went for a Test Drive and he explained all of the wonderful features of the Edge, and most importantly the safety features I needed for winter. I also though it was so nice that Wayne called me the next day to see if I had any questions and offered help with anything I may need with my new car!! The application process was also super fast and easy making this the most enjoyable experience I have ever had buying a new car!! Everyone at the dealership was so helpful and nice and I will definitely recommend them to everyone!! I’m so excited and I love my new 2019 Edge Titanium AWD and want to say a huge “Thank You” again to everyone at Dick Smith Ford in Raytown for making this such a wonderful and stress free experience for me!! More

Great New Car Experience Jim Leathers and Wayne Eagle were great to work with on our new F150 Platinum Super Crew truck. We continue to have a great experience with car sales Jim Leathers and Wayne Eagle were great to work with on our new F150 Platinum Super Crew truck. We continue to have a great experience with car sales at Dick Smith Ford. Jim and Wayne explained the features and benefits of the F150. We test drove a Raptor also but the F150 better fit my wife as this is now her primary vehicle after trading in a Taurus SHO. We appreciate the attention to detail, the new vehicle preparation, paperwork processing and finally taking the keys. It is great to see Dick Smith Ford continue the excellence expected from a long time business of the Kansas City area. Keep it up! More
