They knew this review was coming. January 2025 I took my vehicle in for service, bought up a concern about the starter hanging up. Shop foreman came out along with the excellent and professional service advisor Chris. BOTH he, myself and the shop foreman verified it’s the starter. Wayne the service director came out, said if it happens again let me know. Bought the car back July 9, 2025, had videos sent in ask Wayne asked, showed the shop foreman, assured it was the starter again. Wayne said he would replace the starter under good will. Contacted him July 9, 10 & 12 verifying my phone records before accusing anyone. He never returned my phone calls after leaving several messages. Bought the car in without an appointment and they quoted me $1,000 to replace the starter. January 2026, dropped the car off again, was told it would be replaced under good will, car sat for three weeks, then Wayne changed his mind to say it may be something else. The good will price was less funding, which raised an integrity concern after he changed his mind. Lied to the Lexus brand engagement center saying he doesn’t want to replace the starter as it may be something else. Long story short just don’t lie to someone saying you will do something, ask for videos, verifying it’s the starter then changing your mind. I won’t be returning as previous employees warned me about integrity issues. It appears as they changed management, integrity has declined. I never complained nor asked why on a test drive my car was reved up to 6300 RPMS. Chris was excel and professional and a great service advisor. Jamie and Wayne is the reason why I won’t be returning. My started was later replaced by another Lexus dealer under good will. They had ZERO issues with doing this. Thank you Cherry Hill Lexus for wasting three weeks of my time and since it became a money issue for you and your dealer, it’s fine with me. Character and integrity speaks for itself. I didn’t mention as you stated on the phone this is a business and what if it’s something else? I WOULD HAVE STILL GOTTEN IT FIXED! Just don’t say you will do something then lie and not return customers phone calls. Fiancé and I were purchasing a GX but changed our minds after this experience, had a blank check and asked Chris what he thought about the motors, just won’t be returning here. Integrity continues to decline. Respectfully Lexus customer. More

Mark Levinson premium sound system amplifier routinely overloads and shuts off. Lexus of Cherry Hill (Richardson Imports) was unable to diagnose or repair. As a guess they tried to simply replace the app overloads and shuts off. Lexus of Cherry Hill (Richardson Imports) was unable to diagnose or repair. As a guess they tried to simply replace the app which did nothing. An overloaded amp can only be reset by turning the car off & back on, el which requires a complete stop if the driver wants to hear anything like their phone, navigation, traffic, music, etc. Just wind noise until the vehicle is pulled over & turned off & back on. Their team did not treat my Lexus at all so I sold it back. This transaction occurred only after being cursed at and mimicked to my face twice by the "sales manager" Tony Lobello. No other vehicle (including several year/model Lexus) ever once exhibited the malfunction that Richardson Imports was unable/uninterested in fixing. Not one other vehicle. Ever. Many of their employees claim to have years/decades of experience in the car business yet not a single employee can explain, diagnose, nor fix the unique malfunction. "xxxx poor" is the description of their team's treatment. More
