Our buying experience seemed more like an ordeal. I first talked to Chris and later given to KJ as our sales person. It seemed like KJ didn't know a lot about the F-150 Limited and tried to B.S. me. T I first talked to Chris and later given to KJ as our sales person. It seemed like KJ didn't know a lot about the F-150 Limited and tried to B.S. me. The sales staff"s performance was marginal. The most efficient person in the dealership was Sandra Jones. She saw that I was having problems with the purchase of a tonneau cover and helped me buy the one I wanted. I think in total, my wife and I spent about 7 hours over two days buying our truck. I really don't think it should take that long. More

Pleased with a business that understands the customer! What an outstanding experience we had purchasing our new Explorer! We purchased an Escape 6 years ago at Miracle Ford. When it came time to make another purchase, there was no question about choosing a dealership. Tim, our salesperson, was professional in every way. His product knowledge was extensive. Everyone with whom we can in contact was courteous, efficient, and made us feel welcome. I don't think we dealt with anyone that did not thank us for our business. Between the two purchases, we have used their service department and found them to be as customer-oriented as the sales force. Ford Escape Transmission repair I bought my vehicle at a different dealership. Since I bought it, the vehicle had significant transmission problems that the dealership refused to ack I bought my vehicle at a different dealership. Since I bought it, the vehicle had significant transmission problems that the dealership refused to acknowledge. Upon bringing my vehicle to Miracle Ford, they immediately knew the problem and did everything they could to make it right. I will be returning for all of my service needs. More

Used truck I went to Miracle Ford to look at a truck I saw online. Ken Johnson, the sales rep, met us with a great non pressure attitude. Servicing of my Lincoln I am the owner of a Lincoln MKC, and Wayne Hill and the entire Service Staff takes superior care of me and my Lincoln. There is no Lincoln dealership I am the owner of a Lincoln MKC, and Wayne Hill and the entire Service Staff takes superior care of me and my Lincoln. There is no Lincoln dealership anywhere close to Gallatin, but even if there was, I would still use Miracle Ford only.
