Beware all potential GM customers! I leased a 2024 GMC Terrian 4 months ago. The motor blew with 4,000 on it. It got towed to the shop and I was told the motor was on back order and I leased a 2024 GMC Terrian 4 months ago. The motor blew with 4,000 on it. It got towed to the shop and I was told the motor was on back order and they had no idea when it would be in. I contacted GM because I was not happy this happened and did not feel comfortable keeping this vehicle. I never put money down on a lease but I did on this cause I had intentions of buying it out at the end. Obviously that is not going to happen anymore. They had the vehicle for a month and the motor finally came in. I got it back and after having it for a week and a half I left for work one morning and smelt a heavy gas smell in my driveway. It is dark when I leave so I could not see much. Once I got to work and parked, I still smelt the gas and looked under the truck to see gas dripping on the ground, and it’s now back in the shop. I contacted GM multiple times from the first issue but they are horrible to get a hold of. The line just rings and rings and you are not able to leave a message. If you like playing phone tag you should consider buying a GM! I asked GM to help with either a buy back or trade assistance due to the fact I do not feel comfortable or safe driving this vehicle anymore. Although it was covered under warranty, it’s now a used vehicle. It does not feel nor does it drive the same. My 5 & 6 year old children are afraid of getting in the vehicle as they were extremely scared by the noise it made when the motor blew. I know it is not the dealership but a little help from them would go a long way. It is GM who needs to make this right and step up to the plate. I basically lost the $3,000 I put down cause there is no way I will purchase it at lease end. I will post another review once I hear what they are going to do. More

Never used this dealership prior to this month. I was referred by a friend to talk to Tom Frat. I was not steered wrong. Nice guy and he knows his stuff. Go check them out.
