They were very courteous, professional and treated us with kindness. We will do our best to buy another vehicle from this dealership. The only problem we had was with the finance man, Caleb. Since we live out of state he collected sales tax and a tag fee, which was way too much. We’ve been to our local courthouse and the tag and sales tax is approximately $1,200. But Caleb made us pay over $3,300. We told him that was way too much. And he said well, when we sell a vehicle out of state, we collect the tag money, because when people get home they can’t afford to buy a tag. I don’t think that applied to us since we had@ good trade, plus we paid $20,000 down. He also sold us a maintenance package and said it was $3 a month, which was misleading since the package was to the tune of $1,100. if it would have been $3 a month, that would have been $144 for four years, I’m sure he makes $ on that maintenance package plus whatever is financed. Just things like that make us very disappointed in the finance man. When we go to use the maintenance package, we are hopeful that our dealerships around us will accept it. Other than the finance man, the dealership was great. The salesman, Wayne, is very knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and he was very helpful in showing us all about our new vehicle. He got us all set up with onstar, our data plan for the vehicle and the Xm radio. We appreciate his kindness and professionalism so much! We love our new GMC Acadia Denali so much! We had been looking for one this color so long and we’re so thankful to find one while we were in Florida. We love GMC vehicles!

David Sott Lee Buick GMC was very easy to deal with and made the purchase process very quick and painless. As far as GM goes I’m not too happy they need to do a better job at shipping the vehicles I waited 5 months for the truck and when it arrived the dealership she was damaged. That’s more time I had to wait about two more weeks. Not only that but my truck was a custom order in which I had selected the factory power steps, wheel well guards on the rear, and a few other things that they just decided not to install on the truck. It’s not the end of the world but when you custom order a truck this expensive you expect to get all the features you ordered. Not receiving the power steps was the big one for me as you can’t have them installed after the fact. The dealership was great GM has some things to work on.

My disappointment was that even though I had an appointment to bring my Buick in to be checked I had to go home without my car because they didn’t have time to check it! Then it was a week before it was taken into the shop at which point they said it needed a new transmission which could take up to 3-6 weeks. I had to have a car so I purchased another car. They only offered me $1500 for a trade in! I took my old Buick to another garage and they had the new transmission installed in a week!
