Wayne Mccranie was awesome! !! Very informative helped me get the exact truck I was looking for. The truck took a little over 5 months to come in. Which I know is not on the deal !! Very informative helped me get the exact truck I was looking for. The truck took a little over 5 months to come in. Which I know is not on the dealer that’s on GM. David Sott Lee Buick GMC was very easy to deal with and made the purchase process very quick and painless. As far as GM goes I’m not too happy they need to do a better job at shipping the vehicles I waited 5 months for the truck and when it arrived the dealership she was damaged. That’s more time I had to wait about two more weeks. Not only that but my truck was a custom order in which I had selected the factory power steps, wheel well guards on the rear, and a few other things that they just decided not to install on the truck. It’s not the end of the world but when you custom order a truck this expensive you expect to get all the features you ordered. Not receiving the power steps was the big one for me as you can’t have them installed after the fact. The dealership was great GM has some things to work on. More

We bought a new GMC Acadia Denali, and it is beautiful! We are to meet with the delivery person in Alabama on Monday, since we live out of state. Both Jeremy Cadle and Wayne McCraine were always friendly and professional. The car I purchased paperwork went smoothly. My disappointment was that even though I had an appointment to bring my Buick in to and professional. The car I purchased paperwork went smoothly. My disappointment was that even though I had an appointment to bring my Buick in to be checked I had to go home without my car because they didn’t have time to check it! Then it was a week before it was taken into the shop at which point they said it needed a new transmission which could take up to 3-6 weeks. I had to have a car so I purchased another car. They only offered me $1500 for a trade in! I took my old Buick to another garage and they had the new transmission installed in a week! More
