His communication and follow-up throughout the entire process were excellent, and he even went out of his way to pick us up from Brightline when we came to collect the car. The entire team made the experience seamless from beginning to end. The level of service, attention to detail and follow-through is exactly what you would expect from Lamborghini, but what really stands out is how personal they make the experience. After six years of knowing and dealing with them, I can confidently say they are a first-class group of people. Couldn’t be happier with the new car or the experience. The car came with a cracked windshield. And the service has not been reset on the vehicle. I wonder if the oil change was actually done if the service has not been reset. I also could not reach Wayne at the time of delivery and received no call. The tires were all needing 10-15 psi per tire. I am not real happy with the communication and condition of the vehicle.
