Hope you are having a good evening. I have been having very bad experience with the service dept. In the last few months I bought 2 cars from Destination 2021 Nissian Rogue and 2017 Jee I have been having very bad experience with the service dept. In the last few months I bought 2 cars from Destination 2021 Nissian Rogue and 2017 Jeep Rengade. The Rogue at end of Nov/Dec and the Jeep middle of Jan. So Last week made service appointment because I was having electrical problems will my Jeep Stereo System. So called service and made appointment I called and spoke with service advisor tech. I also told him I will need ride to work and back to dealership. He said Destination Nissian does have Shuttle service but Kia's does and we use them so no problem. I drop off car Monday morning and Another supervisor said We don't have any shuttle service and Kia does not shuttle for us. He was not happy another advisor told me this, he said he try and get me a ride. I told him I just bought car and have the 90 day warranty 4000 dealer warranty still and also extended warranty I purchase. He said not going to cover seeing what the problem is. Me thinking why buy a used car from this dealership if the warranty's mean nothing. So I was waiting a hour for getting a ride which service promise they get for me. So I got tired of them stringing me along. So I contact the salesman who I bought both cars from Michael P. He was awesome he actually went out side in rain and found Kia shuttle driver and had him give me ride to work. My service luke said I was on my own getting back to dealership after work. Destination Nissian is the only big dealership I know that does not provide shuttle service. Then the service advisor Luke called me later and said and said they found one problem and working on the other issue you mention will call you in 1 hour. 2 hours goes by and I called and he said OOO let me ask tech some mins past. He comes back still working on it. Call you back in a hour. So another 2 hours go by and I call and he does same thing OOO let me ask tech. Still not done. He said can you leave car? I said I have no way home and live over 1 and half hours from Albany. He said OO well you can take car home when can you bring back ASAP? I said you have a loaner, I can leave it. He says let me check. mins pass. He says you can rent car? So I rented car since I did not what to bring car back again and go thru this stress and drama. So Tuesday waiting from call from Service Advisor Luke calls and he never calls. So on my lunch. I call and Service advisor Luke Says O we have an update. Electrical problem and fixed. But you have to pay diagnostic fees, which I was told when but car would be covered under warranties and especially if something happen under 90 day, 4000 miles dealership warranty as Luke the service advisor told me sales does not know want their talking about they do sales. So I come to dealership turn in rental car and pay for these charges. When I go to my car my new driver side seat I brought was also down on floor. When I look at the clip that locks is in around head rest is broken off. I called Luke back and said look at that. He says was it like that-I Said know, was not broken when drop car off. He took pic and said you those service techs they are rough. I said they don't care . He said yes. So damage to my personal property is the last straw for me. I will never return and Wayne in the service said ne would replace my seat covered they destroyed but have not. Stay away awful customer service in service department!! Update!! 3-21-22-My speaker which was suppose to be fixed and reason why I took car to dealer is not working again and also code on dash board is back on. Worse repair shop!!! More

I did not by my car there but when I got my recall I thought of destination nissan so I call and I am glad I did. The service advisor Tabatha could have not treat me as if she was oneHer of my family m thought of destination nissan so I call and I am glad I did.
