This dealership is an absolute nightmare. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The title clerk, Karen, totally screwed up and has done nothing to fix the situation. Instead of having the bank overnight the documents, she keeps saying she’s “waiting for the mail.” Waiting on mail since SEPTEMBER, it’s end of NOVEMBER!! Every manager we have spoken to has refused to take action or found an excuse. We call week after week, this is enough! My car can be impounded at any moment in the state of Texas. Unfortunately, legal action seems to be the only solution at this point. Don’t believe the positive reviews, they must have paid for them. We have been in the hotel business for over 20 years and never treated a customer ever like this. This whole process has been awful. Worst dealership experience ever. Avoid at all costs. More
