I was very disappointed in the overall service to my vehicle. I dropped my car off the night before the scheduled service. I was booked as either the first or second slot of the day (I booked the appoin vehicle. I dropped my car off the night before the scheduled service. I was booked as either the first or second slot of the day (I booked the appointment over a week in advance). I didn't hear from Wayne until 2:00 pm about what needed to be done to the car (I just needed an inspection sticker and an oil change). He then told me that there was additional work needed- and to compmete it they would not be able to finish the car that day. Also the repair total would be $3000. I needed the car the following morning- so this was not an option. I asked if they could at least get the work done needed in order to pass the sticker- I was told no. When I arrived to get my car I was charged $135 for an oil change- the one service that was actually completed but that I would have passed on had I know what they would charge. So really- I was without a car for a full day, spent $200 between ubers and an oil change- and didn't get any of the work that I actually needed -colmpleted. I sent the suggested repairs to another garage (without pricing) and was quoted $1400 (less than half). So on top of it I feel like you were trying to rip me off. I have now had 3 separate negative experiences at this dealership. More

Up to my visit on 6/15/24 everything was good. The service on 6/15 I was told by Wayne he would use a coupon for my oil change because I forgot mine at home but I guess he forgot. But I just paid when asked to and assumed the coupon was applied guess I should have checked. My only other issue was the strong cigarette smell from Wayne that was unpleasant and had to use my inhaler. But overall waiting room was remodeled and comfortable along with the service entrance.
