Excellent Customer Service My wife and I came in to test drive a Q70 and we were met by Mr. Wendell Collins. He was friendly, had a great sense of humor and his excellent custom My wife and I came in to test drive a Q70 and we were met by Mr. Wendell Collins. He was friendly, had a great sense of humor and his excellent customer service is why we choose to purchase our Q70 from Infiniti of Roswell. We purchased our Infiniti on our second visit and ended up working with Mr. Josh Andrews because Mr. Collins was with another customer however, he made sure we were in good hands with Mr. Andrews. Again, we had a great experience and appreciate the excellent customer care. More

Scheduled maintenance, tires rotated I was greeted with a warm welcome at 8:30 in the am, someone took my car to the right place for service. I was then greeted by the office coordinator I was greeted with a warm welcome at 8:30 in the am, someone took my car to the right place for service. I was then greeted by the office coordinator for service department, she carefully went over my service plan with me and what the mechanics would be doing for my car on that day. I was then directed to the Loaner desk, where the attendant was very pleasurable and quickly set me up with my loaner car for the day. They had the car of my choice, which was great because my husband is very interested in the QX50:) I received a text, my preferred communication method, when my car was ready. When I returned, again I was greeted with a friendly face and directed to the service desk where she went over all the details of my service and when I needed to return for service according to my maintenance plan. Everyone provided amazing customer service. Above and beyond Five Start service!! I also was able to visit with my sales person, Wendell Collins, and I thanked him again for helping me to get the best car I have ever owned, Q50! Wendell went above and beyond to assist me with lease! Excellent Customer Service. I know I can call him if I need anything! He made Leasing/Buying a car a pleasure for the first ever:) More

Great experience We were purchasing a car for my wife. After a lot of online research I narrowed the search to a handful of dealers with Certified pre-owned Infinitis We were purchasing a car for my wife. After a lot of online research I narrowed the search to a handful of dealers with Certified pre-owned Infinitis. Roswell Infiniti had the best selection of the model we wanted and their pricing was better than the other Inifiniti dealers in the area and comparable to Carvana and Vroom. Roswell Infiniti was able to match a financing offer I had from my bank which really simplified the process. We also purchased an extended warranty (typically not a fan of these) but the plan is so comprehensive it would have been a mistake not to get the additional protection considering the value of the QX60. Wendell and Sean were a pleasure to work with. I told Wendell what we were willing to pay and he and Sean put the deal together - no haggling or back and forth with offers and counter offers. They detailed the car while we wrapped the paperwork and Wendell had a huge red bow on the hood - my wife loved it! More

Experience buying car I loved my experience at Roswell Infiniti. I purchased my 7th Infiniti. My sales person Wendell was great and helpful. My only negative experience wa I loved my experience at Roswell Infiniti. I purchased my 7th Infiniti. My sales person Wendell was great and helpful. My only negative experience was when I was in the finance office and texting my husband with questions, the finance gentleman kept loudly rapping his fingers on the desk. It was very rude when your trying to deal with money. More

Great service We were lookng to trade in our almost-5-year old Acura and since my husband has had several Infinitis, we dcided on the Q50. The service at Roswell I We were lookng to trade in our almost-5-year old Acura and since my husband has had several Infinitis, we dcided on the Q50. The service at Roswell Infiniti went above and beyond. Wendall, our salesman, let us do a nice long test drive on both surface streets and the highway which helped us decide if this was what we wanted. The process was professional, and they got us the except model, color, and interior we wanted. Wendall also spent about 30 mintes walking us through all the bells and whistles when we picked it up. More
