I came in ready to buy an Infiniti and trade in my car. Arrived at 10:00 a.m. on a Monday morning and left with my purchase at 4:15 p.m. (6+ hours!) Maybe that is normal? Very long and tiring day for someone with easy purchase approach and perfect credit. Got to be a way to speed up the process. More
