First of all I would like to give a shout out to Shane Miller for assisting me throughout my buying process. I was shopping for trucks for months and Shane would reach out to me with incentives and deals Miller for assisting me throughout my buying process. I was shopping for trucks for months and Shane would reach out to me with incentives and deals at various times and fielded any questions or concerns I had. He was always thorough and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the situation. I've dealt with so many dealerships and various levels of sales staff, and Shane was by far the best person to work with hands down. He will do everything in his power to make sure you are satisfied. Beyond that I want to say everyone I worked with at Buchanan was very genuine and upfront about the buying process. I did not feel as though I was being tricked or lied to about anything. These individuals were very up front with the costs and would work numbers if it was in their power to do so. This dealership provides the best overall experience for me through the process of buying a car. I would highly recommend this dealership based on that metric. More
