I’ve purchased a lot of trucks at a lot of dealerships - Rich B

I’ve purchased a lot of trucks at a lot of dealerships over the years, and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Even though the dealership is four hours away, I will absolutely make the trip again when it’s time for my next vehicle. John DeMartino went above and beyond — he made sure the vehicle was fully ready before I arrived, kept me updated with calls and texts so I never had to waste time with unnecessary steps, and was 100% upfront and honest throughout the process. He’s down-to-earth, professional, and truly cares about his customers. Everyone I interacted with at the dealership showed the same professionalism and genuine care. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Best car-buying experience ever. Highly recommend!

First service was a breeze. - james62674

First service was a breeze. My service representative was forthcoming and helpful. They also linked a video of the tech remarks which was new for me. Informative and helpful.

DO NOT BUY HERE. - JD.Park

DO NOT BUY HERE. Sold a dangerous, fraudulent car that suffered a near-fatal failure. my mother bought a vehicle from this dealership two months ago. The staff explicitly admitted the car had pre-existing safety hazards—specifically the left inner/outer tie rods and failing brakes—and told her she had to pay extra money to fix them and inspection. They also completely hid a major prior crash, which I discovered because the aftermarket hood does not sit or latch safely.Despite regular maintenance (including checking and adding oil a week ago), the car suffered a catastrophic explosion while my mother was driving on I-80E right after the bridge right before the george n. craig travel plaza. The engine threw a rod, blew open the back of the motor, and completely SEVERED THE BRAKE LINES on the highway. She barely avoided a fatal crash at 74 years old no less and was left stranded at a highway rest stop with a destroyed engine and no brakes. When I reached out for help to safely retrieve her belongings and resolve this nightmare, the General Manager completely ignored my emergency messages and left us stranded. This dealership knowingly sells dangerous, un-inspected vehicles and hides prior accident histories and slips the fraudulent carfax out of the folder they give you so you cant prove it I am currently filing official auto fraud complaints with the State Attorney General and the DMV Licensing Division. Save your life and your money go ANYWHERE else. Help spread the word for everyones safety!

After being a loyal customer for over 25 years, I'm very - Houseman

After being a loyal customer for over 25 years, I'm very disappointed in how they treated me. My family has bought between 12-15 vehicles from them being mostly new. I was going to order a 2023 GMC Yukon SLT off them. After sitting down with them they told me they would not offer my Dads GM employee pricing that they did not have to offer. Since they are in high demand. After calling 4 other dealerships near them. They said they would offer with no mark up. Shame on Jennings for lining their pockets over loyalty. Brought all my vehicles to get serviced. No more! They lost a life long customer.
