I was told when I bought my brand new 2018 Odyssey that if I had to bring it in to be worked on that there would be no problem getting me a loaner car. This is my 3rd time bringing it in and every time the if I had to bring it in to be worked on that there would be no problem getting me a loaner car. This is my 3rd time bringing it in and every time they tell me they cant give a loaner car. Other than this my service was great. More

trusted, timely, glad for great running vehicle! I have a son in law with children at home so I never want to trouble him out of respect, even though he would do anything for me.
