Brookside was the first dealership I visited recently when I decided to at least consider trading my last car for something else. I had purchased from them years ago and had a very good experience. Apparently, time has done nothing to change the level of service. I was greeted, immediately, by two people who allowed me to explain my situation at which point Tim was tasked with helping me find something that worked. Tim was very helpful and was willing to show me everything that might work for me. When i found a few things that interested me, i dealt with Wes who, i believe, handles the financing. Wes was also very helpful and explained to me in great detail my options. Once I had enough information I was actually encouraged to take some time to think everything over, and come back if I thought there was something that might work for me.(Not the norm at other dealerships, in my experience) I did some research on my own, thought about everything that was said to me and I bought a 2012 chevy cruze LT that I really like, and am completely satisfied with. Tim and Wes saved me some money and I have a car i continue to be pleasantly surprised by. Outstanding service, good selection, great prices. Can't see why one would go anywhere else. If you're in the market for a used car, visit Brookside. I don't think you'll be disappointed. More

That all changed when we started working with the Brookside team. They were all polite and professional and very patient with our four energetic kids! He's a very personable, non-pushy salesman that has an address book overflowing with happy customers! (And now I know why!). Wes Myers handled the knitty gritty part of the paperwork, and I was impressed with his efforts to obtain the best deal for an extended warranty for us. A couple days after purchasing the vehicle, I had to bring it back to Brookside for the PA annual state inspection and was able to get a taste of what Brookside Motor's Service Dept is like, and I was exceptionally pleased with their thoroughness and attention to detail. We went in looking for a truck to pull our camper. They showed us a few trucks that would fit what we wanted and even a few diesel just do see the difference. The treated us fair from the price of the truck to the price of our trade in. The extended warranty is very nice they didn't try to just sale us one to make money they acutely use it there self on there own vehicles. Would defiantly go back for service, to buy another vehicle and will recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a fair deal and a good sales crew. More

As a first time Brookside motors customer it was truly a wonderful experience. Starting with the initial call when we first saw the Cadillac Escalade on cars.com. Though we made calls to four other dealers, getting on the phone with Carey Myers gave us a feeling of comfort. After a two hour ride to the dealership, Carey Greeted our family like he's known us for years. From meeting the manager/owner to the finance manger to the other sales team, everyone was polite, professional and again treated us like we've been customers for years!
