As a first time Brookside motors customer it was truly a wonderful experience. Starting with the initial call when we first saw the Cadillac Escalade on cars.com. Though we made calls to four other dealers, getting on the phone with Carey Myers gave us a feeling of comfort. After a two hour ride to the dealership, Carey Greeted our family like he's known us for years. From meeting the manager/owner to the finance manger to the other sales team, everyone was polite, professional and again treated us like we've been customers for years! My family and I move about in a positive state, so for us, this was completely a great and welcoming experience. Brookside motor can be sure they have a customer for life.
