I will buy from again. Excellent customer service. I drove from Alexandria, VA to York, PA to buy the vehicle. The dealer even gave me gas for the drive, a set of brand new tires, detailed the vehicle drove from Alexandria, VA to York, PA to buy the vehicle. My wife & I went to Broodside to look at a used pathfinder. I had spoken with Carey on the telephone earlier that day to get some more detailed information. When we arrived at the dealership Care pathfinder. I had spoken with Carey on the telephone earlier that day to get some more detailed information. When we arrived at the dealership Carey meet us outside the dealership shortly after getting out of our vehicle, this was impressive since we had never meet in person before. Just a note during our phone conversation we did discuss the possible trade of the vehicle we were driving when we arrived, never the less he came to us and introduced himself & offered his assistance. We drove the pathfinder we were interested in, then proceded to discuss values. They drove our vehicle, then we discussed trade in value. We came to an agreement on price, by now it was getting close to closing. Carey asked if wanted to take the vehicle along that night, we stated we would return the next day to pick up the vehicle. Both Carey & Wes stated they would stay & complete all of the paperwork that evening if we would like so it would take less time when we came to pick up the vehicle. We agreed that would work out much better. They stayed as addidional 2 hours to complete the paperwork & Wes worked throughly to get the payment in the range we advised him we wanted to be, & was able to include a additional warranty package. During our time there all of the other sales reps. were very nice & communitive, discussing other vehicles & informative when we had any question. The co-owner was there & thanked us for stopping by & checking the inventory of the lot, {prior to the agreement of the sale}. During our wait we were offered beverages, & snacks while we were waiting for the preperation of the paperwork. When we returned to pick up our new/used vehicle everyone was as plesant as the previous night & aided in transfering items from our trade vehicle to our purchased vehicle, [such as license plates & any ohter items we wanted assistance with]. We also discussed another vehicle on the lot & test drove it at that time but the tow capacity was found to be a little light for our present needs. So they will let me know if they get something I am looking for in inventory. An added note, my wife & I went & looked at the vehicle the night before when the dealership was closed along with several others at other lots. So we already knew which dealerships we wanted to visit. Also I have alread checked the values through Kelley Blue Book of the vehicles we were interested in as well as the trade value of our vehicle. I was impressed that when it came time to discuss price they were comparing they value of our vehicle & theirs using the same book. Not like alot of dealerships they use one book to get the value of their vehicle & then another book {ex. Black Book to get the trade in value}. They were very straight forward on all points of the sale vehicle & our trade. I have already recommended Brookside to our family & we will buy there again. I worked with James Cunningham, whom I known for awhile. He didn't pressure me at all, he wanted me to be happy and put me in a vehichle that was right for me. He is very honest.
