My wife and I went there without appointment, the front desk girl set up Wes richard to help us. He welcomed us and asked the purpose regarding what kind of vehicle do we interested and listened our answer patiently. we told him that we want to trade in our car and get a highlander, then he just set up a brand new 2018 highlander XLE to let us test drive and he introduced all new technology and functions to us during we test drive the vehicle. He was nice and professional all the way and we finally get that 2018 highlander XLE. So i will recommend westbury toyota and WES RICHARD to who wants to get a vehicle. More

I am a female and walked in not knowing what car I wanted. I told the sales rep Wesley I was looking for a fuel efficient car. The sales rep was patient and explained the pros and cons of the different models in my price range. I finally settled on Toyota Prius because the features and the design fit my needs. I made an appointment for a test drive the next day. Not once did I feel pressured or experience any pushy sales tactic. I went home, did some research and found there were several manufacturer incentives. I took the car for a test drive the next day. Wesley went above and beyond, even driving me to a nearby bank so I get a check for the down payment. He gave me every possible discount available and patiently explained every detail. There was a bit of a wait for the Finance department and the management threw in a freebie for the minor inconvenience. All in all, a five star experience. More
