Johnnie was very prompt in reaching out to me and scheduling a test drive. The A4 I was initially interested in sold before I could get to the dealership, but Johnnie notified me and assured me that one with similar features would be available for me to test drive. Johnnie delivered! During the test drive Johnnie answered all of my questions and even provided additional information and considerations that I had not thought of. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the car. I appreciated his respectfulness and not being pushy. Once we decided on a price the entire process was very smooth and effortless. I really appreciate Johnnie fulfilling a request made by my significant other to make taking delivery of my car a memorable experience by bringing my car into the showroom and having a bow on it. I enjoyed working with everyone involved in the process in addition to Johnnie: Wes Smith, Bobby Pepin, Gene Larsen, and Hugh Bodenstine .
