This generic response doesn't apply to my situation and is misleading for other potential customers. I've already provided Pedder with every detail about my experience over an agonizingly long period of six months via phone, text, email, web inquiry, and Better Business Bureau filing. Pedder chose to not respond that entire period until I finally had to threaten small claims court in a formal letter to get the info and refund owed me as explained in my original post above. I do appreciate Pedder's stated goal and apology here, but Pedder is too late to "turn this situation around" as noted (short of sending me compensation for my time and effort or something like that; I'd even turn down, say, a voucher for future accessories or service). At this point I'm focused on finally having produced the required refund and enjoying the vehicle, which I'll take elsewhere for maintenance. Thank you for the note and chance to respond.
