Had a terrible experience with Rockland Jeep. I had my batteries replaced by my mechanic. While the car was stopped at a light in drive it would not move. I had to shut the car off and start it a I had my batteries replaced by my mechanic. While the car was stopped at a light in drive it would not move. I had to shut the car off and start it again to get it to move. My mechanic suggested to take it to the dealership. The dealer told me to get a complete reading on the diagnostics they needed to change the batteries. They said the new batteries were only getting a 34% voltage reading, at no time did they say the battery was damaged. The dealership changed the batteries, and I asked them to save the new batteries so I could have my mechanic test the voltage. When I received my batteries back one of the terminals was damaged and appeared to be hit with something also causing the battery to be cracked. My mechanic could not get a voltage reading because of the damage that occurred at the dealership. The dealerships response was to tell me if the damage happened at the dealership they would have told me. I have pictures of the damage that occurred at the dealership, and they refuse to negotiate on payment. More

I traveled to Rockland Chrysler Jeep Ram for an AC service. I had to travel back twice within one week. The final trip I was told after 24+ hours with my vehicle the mechanics couldn’t find the issue. service. I had to travel back twice within one week. The final trip I was told after 24+ hours with my vehicle the mechanics couldn’t find the issue. I had to call numerous times to speak with my advisor Brendan or an operator. Only to still not be serviced. Afterwards, I went to a local mechanic shop only to find that all my car needed was freon. Which further proves that my vehicle was not even properly diagnosed with it being stored about 30 hours. Now my AC is working but no thank you to Rockland Dodge. I am highly disappointed with the communication and lack of service. More

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Purchased 5 cars there and three months out of warranty, will not honor a well known TSB or even offer a discount for changing manifolds on my Ram. That just shows how kind he is and if I go back to this dealership I only want to deal with Kenneth Cestero Wesley Mancias Not anyone else Thank you so much More

We were greeted by Tino Martinez as soon as we walked into the dealership. Tino was a pleasure to work with from his introduction to us leaving the dealership with the car we came to look at.
