Had a very bad time at Rothrock today could not extend my warranty because their computer was down I was promised a call when the computer came up and never got it the car broke down even though it only h warranty because their computer was down I was promised a call when the computer came up and never got it the car broke down even though it only had 48,000 miles on it was told that they could not work on it until the following Monday but at the same time I was not able to get a rental car to get home or to work because they said they had to do a diagnostic first to get a rental car I have a warranty from the dealership to covers rental car after finally finding a way home being picked up by a friend we drive by my car in the and the door is left open sitting in the parking lot had I not be going that way I believe that the car would have been left there in the parking lot with the doors open all that weekend if you're buying a car you will get good service if you're looking for them the back their cars up you will get bad service More
