excellent I was told first come first serve from finiance department and once I got my insurance taken care of they had me wait 1 hour and a half because they l I was told first come first serve from finiance department and once I got my insurance taken care of they had me wait 1 hour and a half because they let someone else in before me. EVEN THOUGH HE SAID FIRST COME FIRST SERVE . That was disappointing . And then hearing how they had an appointment but I was waiting for 45 minutes and then they took them in then waited another 45 minutes and he had the nerve to tell me first come first serve. Waste of time. Everything else was smooth More

(“One with good customer service”) He went around looking, and no one was available. He took it upon himself to assist me himself. That was probably the best thing that happened. It checked off all the points I had on my list that I wanted in an SUV, and sales rep Wes made it as easy for me as possible!
