Bought a brand new car there 11 months ago. Transaction went smoothly. I bought the car knowing I was trading it in come spring. THAT’S WHERE THINGS WENT WRONG. I came in to test drive a vehicle and they took my car to do the appraisal. The car had 9,000 miles on it when I pulled into the parking lot. After I left, it suddenly had 20,100 miles on it, so they tampered with my mileage, which I can only imagine to give me less for my trade in. I do not even drive a lot so apparently Bob Mills and Alexandra in the service department think I am both blind and incredibly stupid to think I could put 20,000 miles on a car that was only my main driver for 9 months just going back and forth to work. I cannot get a response from them so now I have to go through the trouble of going to court instead of just trading in and getting a vehicle I want. I have never dealt with such a shady dealership. Never leave them alone with your car. More
Purchased a vehicle brand new and it had a scratch that I pointed out before finalizing paperwork. Took it back yesterday so they could fix it and put my paint protection on. I had an appointment set up on Monday at 9:30 am . I arrived on time. I have a Bluetooth issue the volume is very low when I receive calls. I came back after 1 pm and was told they need to look at some software about my situation. I never received a phone call about the status of my vehicle. I pull up to your dealership with my friend who picked me up from your dealership to see my vehicle parked in the back lot. I walked inside to the service desk, I say what was the problem. The woman at the front desk who's name I forgot stated I was about to call you. The technician has to look at some software we will give you a call later on this afternoon. That call never happened. Tuesday morning I go back the same woman tells me the technician is waiting to hear back from the warranty office or something to that effect meanwhile let's set up another appointment. I didn't like the way I was treated. More
